PRICES
The price is including breakfast and cleaning room.
Iris double room: min. €95.00 – max. €110.00
Fiori di pesco double room: min. €115.00 – max. €150.00. If booked as a triple room: min. €150.00 – max. €200.00
Orchid triple room: min. €150.00 – max. €200.00. If booked as a double room: €120.00 – max. €150.00
Extra bed: €30.00
Crib: €10.00
Breakfast is always included.
EXTRA BED: An extra bed can be requested in any room.
CHILDREN: Children under three years old can sleep in their parents’ bed free of charge. Children aged 3 to 12 years old pay €30.00 per person for an extra bed. Any type of extra bed is available only upon request and subject to confirmation by the agriturismo.
SUPPLEMENTS must be paid separately at the agriturismo.
CITY TAX
From March 1, 2012, to October 31, 2012, the Municipality of San Gimignano introduced a city tax (municipal resolution no. 230/33 of June 20, 2011).
The tax applies to overnight stays for a maximum of 5 consecutive nights and is €2.50 per night per person. Children under 12 are exempt.
The tax is paid with the payment for the stay.
Booking and cancellation policy
RESERVATION: is required for booking a deposit of 30% of the rental to be paid by bank transfer. The balance will be carried out on site.
When the booking is confirmed you will receive an e-mail or fax confirmation that you that you will be presented upon arrival.
CANCELLATION: reservation will be subject to penalities cancelled:
- up 16 days from date of arrival the deposit will be refunded in full without problems.

15 days from the date of arrival the deposit will be forfeited

No show or early departure , the deposit will not be refunded

Any reduction of stay will be considered cancellations.
The deposit is not refunded will be used to stay on a farm within 6 months from the date of cancellation, subjects to availability
(the deposit is not refunded can be used to stay in farm within 6 months from the date of cancellation availability excepted.)
